How to Find a Niche Market and Make Profits For Years to Come!

How to Find a Niche Market and Make Profits For Years to Come!

By Alex Zeiss

Finding a profitable niche market might be a big job to do. And honestly, it is a big job, and the most important part of starting a profitable niche campaign. Now, to make your job easier, I will tell you step-by-step how to find niche market and make sure it is profitable. This is a proven system that I am following for a few years already. And by finding niches this way, you are guaranteed to make your niche campaigns profitable.

Niche is all about the people. Niche is a group of people, who share the same interests, passions, or have the same problems. Women getting married, who want to lose weight before the wedding, is a great niche. And a profitable one, as they really do spend money because they need to get to their goal before the deadline.

First, you will need to decide on a broad market. Are women that you want to work with? Or men? Or maybe pet owners? Or students? Maybe seniors? Just decide on one.

After you have chosen a broad market, do a little Google search to find some forums of your interest. Write your search query as “your market keyword phrase” + forum. Visit a few forums, and see what those people are talking about. Are they active members of the forum? You need forums that have active members. This actually tells you that those people do talk about their passions and problems. Browse forum a bit, trying to see whether you can narrow your niche. If you chose a broad market – pet owners, maybe you would like to narrow to dog owners? Or cat owners? Or maybe specific breed bird owners? Anything it is, just see what people are talking about in that niche. Do they mention any problems they face? How do they want to solve those problems? Do they buy any products or services, to solve them?

Now, when you browsed the forums a bit, you would have to confirm that you chose the right niche. A good thing to do that is to go to Yahoo Answers, and check out the same things: what people in that niche are talking about? What problems do they mention? What solutions are they talking about? Do they talk about any other problems?

This is the best way to find a niche. It should not take you more than one day to browse a few forums, and find our niche. And then, you can go build your marketing campaign around your chosen niche. Best way to make more profits, without questions, is by building a list of subscribers as this will create income for years to come!

If you are you SICK and TIRED of NOT making Internet Marketing work for you, head on to Niche Marketing Camp. There you will be taken by the hand and shown how to drive massive traffic to your money pages, get all the content needed for your own products, and the shown a PROVEN system will make you at least $500-$1000 every single month, on complete auto pilot!

Selecting a Niche – Some Starting Points

Selecting a Niche – Some Starting Points
By Earl Netwal

Before we start searching for new niche to build an effective marketing campaign, lets review how the niche marketing process works.

• Step 1 – You need to pick a viable niche.
• Step 2 – You need to study and understand the niche.
• Step 3 – You need to create and/or find a product to promote to this niche. (This is where you provide a solution to them)
• Step 4 – You design your campaign, copywriting, and drive traffic to your niche website.
• Step 5 – You generate nice niche profits.

There are 3 main themes that are highly lucrative for niche marketing, that you should be aware of. They are: -

1. Health
2. Wealth
3. Relationships

You can never really go wrong with these as starting points when selecting a niche. There are always people having problems and desperately looking solutions in all three.

However, these 3 categories mentioned here are very broad. So what you need to do is to do is drill down deep into these categories to find a very specific sub niche to exploit. That way you can become the “expert” to provide specific solutions to your new niche easier, faster and better.

In addition to these broad categories you may want to think in terms of broad motivations that people may have within a category.

For example, think of ‘people in transition’. If someone has just lost their job, they are more likely to be searching for solutions and willing to take action when an appropriate solution presents itself.

Another example would be a wife filing for a divorce. This is also a transitional period where the couple may be looking for a specific solution for the family or solutions on how to move forward with their relationship.

Sometimes one side of the couple may even be seeking out advice to get back together with the spouse or partner.

So people in transitions are normally ‘hungry’ because they are desperately in need to get out of their current chaos.

Another lucrative type of market is the ‘in the news trends’. While these may or may not be long lived niches, they can be highly profitable while they are prominent in the public’s mind.

In the news trends are often just a quick dash or sometimes a prolonged situation. Often it’s a wave that needs to be caught. An example of ‘In the news trend’ would be the recent retrenchment and unemployment news.

News stories about the current recession and high unemployment rates are all over the news. These people are currently in chaos. They’ve lost their jobs and need to find a solution as soon as possible to sustain their lifestyle and their monthly commitments.

While this may always be the case to some extent, when you are in a major trend it’s wise to use effective marketing to capitalize on the situation.

Another example might be ‘celebrity diets’.

News about the latest celebrity diets are evident in gossip magazines, TV channels, and on various trend indicators as we will discuss. When you see a trend capturing the media’s attention, it is ‘hot.’ People will very often craze about it during that period of time.

Again it takes some nimbleness, but niche marketers who are prepared to catch and ride on these waves can generate extraordinary niche profits.

So when thinking about effective marketing for a new niche consider not just what niche, but whether you can identify some “moving force” that might motivate people within your new niche to take action.

6 Ways to Find Your Niche By Suzanne Vara

6 Ways to Find Your Niche
By Suzanne Vara

Small business owner, a blogger, or a company employee… we all try and find a way to see where we fit in. Fitting in is that anchor to grow. Determination is within and leads to great thoughts and ideas but popularity and notoriety fuels it. If no-one is listening then many abandon and stop seeking new channels to have people listen. Developing your niche is a trial and error. People react you continue and go with it and are flying high but continuing with it is not always easy.

6 Ways to Find Your Niche

1. Research. Read and read. Learn all you can about your industry and competitors. Not to be an “expert” as if there were really experts and guru’s there would be no competition. Learn to be knowledgeable and on top of what is changing.
2. Listen. Read the comments on every blog you read. Ok, not all on the popular blogs but skim – so much information is shared on comments.

3. Ask. Asking a verbal or in the virtual world, typing a question is a part if it but the silent question of trying something new, changing things up a bit and monitoring reactions and results is probably the best answer you will ever get.

4. Avoid “Big Name” Dropping. Name dropping of a “big name” is trying to make you important to the listener or in blogging garner new readers. Immediate gratification that equals a trust level of zero with the “big name” you dropped as you are in it to ride the coat tails. Drop a “small name” of a blogger you like or a company you purchase from.

5. Avoid Re-Posting with no Opinion. You find a great article and repost it with no opinion positive or negative is not giving insight of why you reposted. I love reposts with a reason why. Agree or disagree, explore and engage readers.

6. Help. Helping is more than holding a door open or sharing an article. Open your arms and mind to give a push to someone. It opens you up to see what people need and ultimately drives you to your niche.

Finding our niche and where we fit it is a part of success. Riding the coat tails of someone else is a limited run of a talker who scrambles to find the next big thing or name. So many want the fame and fortune but what about everything that goes with it – the hard work?
